Delete Your UnlockLand SNAP Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your UnlockLand SNAP account and the data associated with it. UnlockLand SNAP is a mobile app published by UnlockLand.

How to request deletion

Option A — In the app

1. Open UnlockLand SNAP and sign in.
2. Open the side menu and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the request.

Option B — By email

Email support@unlock.land from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted or kept

• Deleted: your account, all of your projects, and all data associated with your account.
• Retention period: after you request deletion there is a 7-day grace period. If you sign in again within 7 days, the deletion is cancelled. If you do not sign in within 7 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
• Kept: we may retain limited records (for example, transaction or billing records) where required by law, for the period required by the applicable regulation.

Once permanently deleted, your account and project data cannot be recovered.
