Credits and how they work

Unlocking leads, boosting visibility, and buying credit packs.

Credits are used to unlock full project leads and to boost your visibility. Your subscription includes monthly credits, and you can buy additional credit packs at any time from the in-app store.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Billing runs through your Apple ID — change it anytime.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

How to request a refund for an App Store purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or email us and we’ll help you through it.
